A)My professional assessment
Even if I have spoke a lot of time in French because of my acquaintance at home and at work, I think I have improved my English level. By dint of hearing, writing and reading English, my brain memorise the words and the pronunciation. I make myself to watch TV and translate every word I did not understand in order to grow my vocabulary.
Thanks to the fashion exhibition Napoli with the Italian brands, I could speak in English with managers of the brands. It was very difficult but, at the end I was able to have a consistent speech. I was more confident and I did not hesitate to be open to other people.
I attended a meeting with my boss, Shefali (the designer) and Miguel (Garguz showroom’s oer), I was able to understand the discussion between them.
I am able to use Sugar CRM System and Filezilla. I know how works a CRM System and create a marketing campaign. I grow my vocabulary in business as well.
Thanks to my job, I have taken a lot of business cards and my contacts in LinkedIn grow. I hope to get in touch with some persons. My network becomes to be important and I am sure, I will use these relationships later to find another work placement or a job. I have even created an excel document with e-mails addresses who will serve me in my future.
A)My personal assessment
I find I have gained in maturity. I found myself alone in a city I did not know. I succeed in getting used in this new place. I was able to manage by myself, without my mother who used to do everything for me. Thanks to my job and my boss who pushes me every time, I have gained in self-confidence.
I have met a lot of fabulous persons in London, French and British people. And, I really hope to get in touch with them. I have spent good time with them and it was the one of my best experience in my life. I will never forget London and I hope come back there in the near future.
